Dr. Astrid Gräslund, the current professor of Stockholm University and the former chairman of class of chemistry, Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, has delivered the plenary talk titled "scientific innovations and women scientists" on July 7, 2015. Her talk discussed the history of Alfred Nobel and the Nobel Prizes, and the female Nobel Laureates, and provided reflections on her life as a female scientist in Sweden during the period 1970-2010.
